Consists primarily of letters to Egyptologist David Paton (Princeton Class of 1874) about his four-volume work Early Egyptian Records of Travel: Material for a Historical Geography of Western Asia (1915-1922).

The collection consists primarily of letters to Paton (Princeton Class of 1874) about his four-volume work Early Egyptian Records of Travel: Material for a Historical Geography of Western Asia (1915-1922), including letters from George Vincent Welter, Robert William Rogers, and the Egyptologist A. H. Sayce. There is also a scrapbook of postcards of Palestine, bearing Paton's references to the Bible, and including six letters by "Mr. Goffey" to William MacGregor and others, and a 7-page autograph manuscript about Egypt. In addition, there are some personal business correspondence, page proofs for an advertising circular for his book, a list of Paton's articles about Egypt, a diploma, and clippings.
